300 SDL no upshifts

No upshifts in the 300SDL. Checked the dipstick, its down like a quart, but im thinking more of a governor issue which a pressure test will confirm. Where i can get a governor or a valve body repair kit if its not the governor?

Just a thought but I have heard that this can be caused by a stuck kick down switch at the pedal.

need specs for pressure at certain speeds

if you anyone has the specs for the governor pressure at certain speeds please post them my astg manual left those specs out, thanks

I was able to get reading of the governor pressure on a short road test and at 30mph its 15 psi. I found an article by transtech which said governor pressure is suppose to be at 1/2-2/3 of mphs.

Might also be a stuck control pressure (Bowden) cable. Pop the socket off the throttle linkage and push the cable end back into the cable. See if that gets it shifting. If it does, don't bother lubing the cable, it'll stick again.
