1997 E300 Diesel EGR valve code

My 1997 E300 Diesel (125,000 miles) has started throwing 2 codes with regards to the EGR valve. It started just after I replaced all the Injector return hoses due to B100 leakage with Viton hoses. I have replaced all the vaccum lines as well due to heat and age. There were no codes prior to this.
I have checked out all the hoses and wiring and can not figure out why this has happened.
The only thing I can think of is the valve under the injector cover might have a vaccum leak as the hard hoses were loose fitting when I put them back on.
Any Suggestions?
Thanks in Advance.

P.S. I run B100 home brew in both this car and my 03 Duramax with no problems and love it.

Check the vacuum lines again since you were previously working there and had no problem prior to that.

I wasn't aware there was anything vaccum-related under the injector cover. The EGR stuff is all by the air filter box and my guess is either you didn't reconnect your hoses right or one of the pressure converters has failed.

Thanks for the info.
I my have reversed the hoses as I replaced them when I replaced the injector return lines.
I'll look at that this evening.

Is there a post somewhere that describes the size & quantities of engine vacuum lines in the 1997 E300D?....I am going to be removing my crossover & manifold to replace some fuel lines & wanted to go ahead and replace the vacuum hoses used for EGR/manifold flaps etc. Thanks in advance!
