I would be more suspicious of the small return lines on the injector. They harden with age and no longer seal as they should. Pretty cheap fix with one meter of line capable of many replacements. Don't forget the small plug in the end of the last one.

Normally, if it is an injector or line, the diesel fuel would be "everywhere" due to the high pressure. If you have ever forgotten to tighten one down, after working in the area, you will know what I mean.

"injector leaks" is rather general, from where?

Also, the car's year is important so that we know what engine you have.

What SD Blue said. Every time I think an injector is leaking, it turns out to be the return line. Last time I balanced the injectors, I tore one back out because I thought I had a leak. The return line was only a couple of months old, but that was the culprit. I replaced the line, and then it happened again in another few months.

For some reason, new line is just not lasting very long on my engine.

Just replaced the return lines after many months of suspected "leaking injectors" Fixed:)
This is the 2nd time I have done the return lines in 3 years 30k miles:(
