broke my exhaust valve guide!!!! 1984 300sd OM617

Long story short I'm traveling in my 84 sd 617 and I head a change in the sound of my engine.
I stop check my oil and had very little! Pull my light and start searching for an oil leak. None. Scratch my head...

Think to myself I just solved a smoking issue due to mmo soak so I figure my valves my need to be adjusted.

Pull my tools, valve cover off and get to cyl #4 and go to put my feeler gauge in the exhaust and it is tighter then I can imagine.
So I go to adjust it and I notice it moved side to side when I put my wrench on for the nut on the spring. So then I inspect by hand and sure enough it moved....
I pull the rocker arms and find tdc for cyl #4 and remove the nuts and spring... And the valve guide came off with the seal...

From what I see it broke right below the base where it goes into the head...
Being what time it is and limited resources I am going to have to do something to make it stop using soo much oil.
