Where can I find a boost gauge?
Does anyone know where can I find a boost gauge? I don't need one to mount in the car, just for test purposes under the hood.
Can't seem to find one. Mav

Maverick, you can use any good quality low pressure gauge, it does not need to be specifically for boost. A welding supply house will definately have it waiting for you on the shelf. You can also get them from many on-line retailers.
http://www.dieselpage.com/ http://www.jannettyracing.com/ Here are two links to retailers. Get one in the 0-15 range, it will be easier to see what your turbo is doing accurately IMO. You are also going to want to get the gauge in the cabin even if temporarily, as you will not make anywhere near peak boost without a load on the engine. Take it for a spin with it on and it will tell you what is going on. |

My 300D peaks out at 15, so I would recommend a 0-20.
