ok,can you guess who is this sleeping beauty? :P

well all up until 20F I was starting ok, but bellow 20F cold starting was ruff and I
decided to rest it a bit until warmer days... I have no any additional
heater whatsoever... Q: can I damage engine by persistent cold starting (like 5 or 6 times ...with re-glowplug-ing)

NO.

You will not hurt it trying to cold start.
Glow twice, each time until you hear the relay CLUNK, then try cranking.

You can crank up to "maximum" 60 continuous seconds; but it runs the battery down, and you MUST allow fifteen minutes for the starter to cool down.

You can however crank for longer if the engine starts firing on one or two cylinders to help it along.
