76 300D out of hibernation

I have a 76 300d that i just got running again. It has been parked for maybe a year and a half. I noticed that the car when cold delays when trying to shift into drive or reverse. Any ideas on what this could be. The car was repaired then my dad wanted a truck and parked it (after the alternator belt broke). Anything in particular I need to do as far as maintaince.

I put in a hot battery and precision tune put on the belt and I have been going strong. I know it needs an oil change. How many fuel filters are there on this car and where are they located. I think I need to change them. Also, is there anywhere I can buy the fuel tank neck? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

JD
