92 300SD -Installed new timing chain and repaired head-Engine started and ran OK -but had fuel leak in IP pump-Removed pump repaired leak. pump locked with crank 14 ATDC- fuel at injectors-reading about 10.5 volts at glow plugs- engine will not fire. Noticed glow plug light stays on longer than normal- thought I may have burned out plugs - pulled wire from #1 plug and tested -plug is OK. Had injectors cleaned and tested before installing so assume they are OK. will fire on starting fluid but won't keep running . Acts like timing is off. Any suggestions?
