Transmission Swap Wiring

I am so close to finishing my big car and transmission swap and I am really hoping to start the car for the first time in months later tonight. One of the last details is the wiring for the starter lockout and the reverse lights. I am pretty sure I can figure out how to wire the reverse lights to the button on the manual transmission shifter and I have found the color codes for the wiring in the automatic transmission harness plug, but I am not sure exactly how to disable the starter lockout with the manual transmission. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

The NSS harness goes to a square 4 pin plug inside the cabin above the driver footwell. I'd bypass the lockout there (by just connecting the two permanently) and run the reverse light wiring there as well.
