'99 E300 fog light proplem

'99 E300 fog light problem.

So I thought I would upgrade the H7 to HIDs. Long story short it didn't work. I blew the 15 amp fuse in the left hand side of the dash. Upon replacing the fuse the passenger's side fog lights and the driver's side that I was working on doesn't.

Took the H7 bulb out and it works directly on the battery with a jumper wire. Put the bulb back in and nothing.

Is there a second fuse, fuseable link or something else I should be looking at?

BUMP

Anyone with information on the "Exterior Lamp Failure Indicator" control box or relay or whatever?

I know there are some fuses an relays under the rear seat cushion, but I do not know if there are any that control the exterior lights.

I had two 97 E300D's and both had fog light issues at different times. Both problems were corroded wires at the lamp socket.
