Diesel 911 . . .thanks for that

sad part is I had these apart half a dozen times already. . .getting them shimmed for the proper pressure. .

I'm just mad at my self. I do tend to be more careful when needed.

No word on my single replacement nozzle as of yet.

Oh, and no I did not mix and match any parts on re assembly.

Thanks again for all the help.

Some Good news:

My Indy Mechanic and good friend actually had some Bosio nozzles in stock!!

So I bought one from him, and rebuilt the injector I screwed up.

So far so good. a slight leak from one return line (easy fix)

Thanks for all the help! I needed it.

Bumping this back up>

So I am back to my original problem. Cranking and not starting!!

The car was running fine last weekend. Then after sitting for 24hours, she will crank and not start.

For reference:
The IP has been replaced
the injectors re-built
new fuel filters
new fuel lines (rubber and fuel return not hard lines)
New fuel tank vent
new neutral safety switch (it was an intermittent problem)

Last weekend, I bleed the injectors and she fired right up. Yesterday after work I did the same. I have fuel spitting out of all 6 injectors. She will still not fire up!! Very strange problem.

Is there ANYTHING electric that can cause a no-start???

As always any and all help is apperciated.

There is the glow plug system. Could also be the reason for the excess cranking required sometimes.

Try keeping the Key in the Preglow position until you here the Relay off. That gives you a total Preglow time of about 30 seconds
