recently replaced pads, brake hoses and fuild level is at max fill point, yet i'm still getting intermittent brake trouble light on the dash. what's could be the problem? improper bleeding of the brakes? faulty brake sensor wiring? where should i look first... Thanks.

Check the sensor wiring first.

You mean the yellow pad wear, not the red "BRAKE" light?

Check the wires. If the sensor wire is iffy, just replace. They're cheap. Trace the wire up wheel arch through the grommet. The insulation gets old and crumbly. I think even that may be cheap to buy and replace.
