blower motor regulator help 97 e300d

hi all
i have a 97 e300d with what i suspect is a bad blower motor regulator, i think my car has been modified with a 500sl blower/regulator so what regulator do i get? here's what i see under the glove box no cover or anything any help will be welcomed!

If I remember correctly, the retrofit used an S-class regulator from the 96-97's with some modifications to the pig tail electrical connections. Search it, its been discussed a lot.

Do yourself a favor if you see your auto fan speed increase on the CCU display, but the fan doesn't react: reach udner and give the squirrel cage a couple of nudges clockwise and see if it fires up. If it does, you have bad brushes.

Smile blower regulator

hi all
Phil at peach parts set me up with part #140-821-84-51 put it in the other day,took about 2 hours or less to install, now i have a blower thank you to all that helped
