98 injector question
So I replaced nozzles on the injectors and noticed the disc between the nozzle and the spring (intermediate disc) had one hole on twoof the injectors and two holes on the others. What gives?

These holes are provided for better atomization and spraying of fuel, so that it mixes easily with the air and burns completely.

Did you notice if they were all stamped with the 135 bar mark on the body?
Also, are you talking about the thicker spacer that goes inside the injector or the thin shims that are well up into the body of the injector?

It has 2 small holes near the outside in it. He is saying some of his Injectors only had one hole in that Plate. http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/diesel-discussion/314590-87-w124-prechambers-advice-requested.html

Yes. Post 14 right hand picture with the arrows. Two injectors have a single hole this plate.
All injectors are 135 bar MB but had Made in India on the nozzles.
