76 240d lift pump leaks when warmed

Hi there
my 76 240d lift pump leaks when car warmed up.
I can drive for 25 mins or more then I see diesel dripping on the ground.
I can see some dsl oozing out near the inlet & outlet tube.
The outlet tube has a banjo fitting, I suspect that maybe the culprit,
and suggestion.
My other 240d has a leaky plunger/primer pump which only lets air inside, so it should not anything to do with the primer P.
Any info will be appreciated.

able to remove it with crow foot wrench,
now waiting for the right rubber seal.
tried a rubber ring from local Lordco ( local parts supplier in bc, over 200 branches.)
didnt do the job yet.
