monovalve hack DIY
as my first monovalve has melted few months ago
and second used one had malfunctioned coil I have searched for quick and convinien solution for MV replacement or " go mechanical " option. mainly the hacks were hose(S) override and PITA time every season change.. so I came with new solution 1. yank the mv axle out 2. drill a 3.2mm hole in the center of it 3. carve a 4mm thread 4. put a 20mm high screw in it 5. return gadged in the mv body it works fine in my car,its screwed all the way down (don't overtight) when I need some heat I go with 3 ccw, for more heat I go 6 ccw for sauna I go 9 ccw.

Why doesn't the whole plunger turn when you turn the adjusting screw?
