My 90 350 SDL has been slow to shift in reverse for a year now. Everything else is fine. I figure with 260K on the tranny it is time to pull it and rebuild. I have rebuilt a few 727 Mopar tranny's in my younger days without any problem. Question: are there any special tools/problems or extra parts I need to buy other than the standard tranny rebuild kit? If one of you has done this before any helpful hints will be appreciated.

No special tools really needed. One of the servo springs is really strong and you may need help with that , but it's pretty straightforward to rebuild.
