Photo Request 1985 300D

Hi Folks,
Can some one post some good clear pictures or a link showing the accelerator linkage at the engine, firewall and at the top of the valve cover?

I took pics before I took everything apart but can't get them off my phone/camera.

Much appreciated.

Hey, Tkanks very much! I had the CC linkage 180 off. Rest looks like I have it right. The clip that's on the linkage piece, the one right in front of the fiber bushing. That clip took a ride. I have the c-clip that hold the linkage to the valve cover but the clip for the other piece went into the innards. Doe that clip really serve any purpose? I can see how that part of the linkage would move enough to make it fall out. I going to poke around to see if I have another clip like that someplace but may need to leave it alone for now.
Thanks for posting this so fast. Back on the road in about 30 mins.

Due to Murphy, I try to always replace all the fasteners/clips I remove or find missing, even to the point of roadside fabbing till I can fix it proper.

Yeah, I'm like that too. Been obsessing over this clip for two weeks now. I'm just goiing to see if I can find a C-clip that'll fit for now.
She runs again. This was a new GPs and valve adjustment run. 191K and it goes back to daily use Monday. I too drive an older Volvo wagon, 98 V70 with 170K. Easy to work on and starts when it's super cold. New GPs should fix my cold start problems with the diesel. three of the five were dead.

Thanks for your help.
