weird vibration after motor mount replacement

This is not a big deal but I noticed that when I put the car in reverse, I can feel the brake pedal shake. Its not subtle but its also not a violent shake. Its strong enough that it gets my attention everytime. I noticed the shake after the motor mounts were replaced.

Anything I should be taking a look at?

Best guess:
* Damaged throttle linkage and/or pivot.
* Cross threaded engine mount bolt.
