W124 Window Motor Alignment

So I just replaced the window regulator with a brand new one from MB today. It goes up and down like it should but now it is "choppy" and not smooth like the last regulator was. All teeth are there and it is a genuine MB regulator.

Do I have to set up or align the window motor in order for it to work properly? I just bolted it on and didn't really think twice about it. I never had to align a 123 motor, so I didn't think I had to here as well

I also greased all moving parts.

Let me know if I need to align the motor and how. Thanks!

I'm guessing this os the front window.

I had to adjust it a bit before it was fine going up and down. I also had the same issue with my right rear I fixed the same way.

Yeah front window. Hopefully I can stick my ratchet end box wrench in there to get to the motor bolts. It's a PITA to remove that thing! I'll try when I get home tonight.
