Does anyone know where the ELR is located in my 1991 350SD?

Are you talking about the actuator on the back of the IP, or the computer (EDS) that runs it, in the front passenger footwell?

The computer, apparently in the passenger footwell. I need to get in there anyway to replace the blower motor resistor.

There are several computers there. The alarm module lives under the floor mat, bolted to the firewall under the black plastic shield. The EDS module is under the dash right by the door (that's why the carpet has that funny bulge in it). The fan is of course above all of those other modules
