Smile My car's mileageday!! (instead of birthday)

Hey guys! I hope you're doing great!

Even though I've been off the forum for a while, I would like to share with you a special moment in my Mercedes ownership life. My car finally got to 500.000 km a couple of days ago! Thanks to all the forum members, because without your will to help and your knowledge, this day would have never come.

Hopefully I will be posting the next high mileage milestone photo in a couple of year!

Happy driving!

5th birthday!!

Its a long time between them though.
My old one just made it to its 13th (km) or 8th (miles) before it went into retirement.

Thanks!

Actually I was looking into some old pics and found the one of my avatar, from the time my car turned 400.000 kms. That pics were from August 2009 and this made me think of all the endless hours of enjoyment and happiness driving and fixing my car. I totally love my old Benz!

I work for Toyota and every once in a while I get some "political" pressure to change my car for a new Toyota. Their argument is that due to my position, I must be seen in a Toyota, but honestly, I'll change my car when my old friend is no longer driveable or when the parts are so scarce that it would be risky to use it on a daily basis. Otherwise, Benz for Life!

Happy motoring!
