Both Auxiliary Always On Now ????

1995 E300D;
Just replaced all the fuel lines, all the o-rings, Power steering seals and finally there are NO fuel or PS fluid leaks. Also, did all the glow plugs and the
sectional plastic tubes for something.
Now, both fans come on when I go to start the car and they stay on! What did I do wrong?
