EPC working for you?

Could someone check if they are able to launch EPC successfully? I have been able to use it reliably on my computer until recently, and now it is unable to launch application.

I tried both Firefox and IE, but it had the same problem both ways. I have an updated version of Java 6. I have not changed anything on my computer, so I am puzzled.

Thanks

Thanks. Your post convinced me to keep trying things. I tried everything suggested in their FAQ, but could not get it to work.

So I updated Java to version 7, and now it works. Weird. But at least it works. Thanks again.

I have been having issues for a while with it.

Where the hell do you attain Java 7?

I just googled java and the top option was java.com. Within that option, there was a download option (still on google at this point). So I just clicked that and it took me to a Java 7, Update 5 download option. Download, install, and hopefully it will get you into EPC as well.

The few times I've had trouble with it, flushing the browser cache and deleting temporary internet files did the trick.

My most reliable browser for EPC use has been Firefox, though I've also had good results with Chrome. IE has never liked to play all that well with java, though newer versions aren't too bad.
