Hey guys i have a 1983 300d turbo and its a kkk and i put a gauge on it and am gettin 9psi. I believe i read somewhere else that you should be getting 11 or 12

12 is the factory setting. Low boost can be a weak spring in the waste gate, can also be a clogged line to the alda, or alda not properly adjusted. really low fuel pressure can do it also. After checking everything on mine the boost came up to 9psi, then the rest was waste gate adjustment. Also check to be sure the throttle linkages do indead move the throttle all the way to its stop.
