Too Much?
Doesn't $2500 seem a little steep considering the rebuilt engine (why was it rebuilt?) and bad interior.
DieselDon just picked up a 1980 240d that looks and runs great (except for that antenna..  ) for $1000.

The car does not have 40K miles, the engine has 40K miles on the rebuild.
