I just bought a 2012 diesel Jetta. I cannot justify having 5 vehicles.

The good: 20 k miles on tires, new tie rods, new front rotors and pads , new rear pads. changed all fluids. All parts were bought here including MB fluides. PS was done also It has the europeon headlights.

Car had 271,000mi on it when I bought it & a clean carfax & alway dealer maintained until i bought it. It starts and runs perfect. It now has 292,000.
Never involved in any kind of accident
The bad: antena no work & broken, radio still works tho. GP issues ( have new temp sender not installed) and a few other crazy electrical problems'.
Clear coat peeling on hood,roof ,truk, some rust spots on roof, insert in middle of front bumper needs to be replaced. No AC, blower not working. Check my posts.

Actually I was thinking of the Cruz since my Dmax now has 160K & only 1X @ dealer. I had an 86 Jetta (diesel ) that had 322K when timing belt went which influenced my decesion.
2012 Jetta: REAL SWEET, comepletely loaded with nav.. 46mpg beats the
95 Mb which I have been getting a hand calculated 37-39mpg (which btw someone should buy for a beater to run around in)
