Does anyone know a good way to repair the vinyl arm rests?
I have a 1995 E300d and the arm rest storage is really ragged? Any way in renewing these parts?

Replacing the vinyl on these curving parts is not easy; the factory uses special molds with heat and vacuum to build the originals. This is hard/impractical to DIY. Even my upholstery guy was not interested in the job.
You should investigate vinyl patches sold for repairing above-ground swimming pools and similar things. I used such a patch on a seat and, while the result was not pretty, it did fix the hole in the seat. SEM makes spray paints that work well on vinyl and the color match to blue and gray (the only colors I have used) is very good. They make lots of other colors, of course but I have not tried them. I am in the process of refurbing a storage armrest; because it had only a little vinyl damage I used a paintable silicone glue to fill in a few gaps/cracks and then painted it with SEM. It looks a lot better. Your only other option is to find or buy a used replacement or save your money and get a new one from Mercedes. Jeremy
