1988 190E Blower Mtr. Not Working

I just replace the control switch in the dash as it was broke. No change, fan mtr. does not work. fuses are ok. How can I test this, the manual does not get into it much? How do you get into the blower mtr. I'd like to be able to trouble shoot this problem and get some air moving? Thanks
