What is this?

Is this just the crankshaft pulley?
I thought it was the harmonic balancer attached to it but looked up photos and the HMs I found look different

Long unnecessary story of why I have this and don't know what it is...
It's from a 78 300D

The grooved wheels in front are pulleys. The larger mass behind is the damper or balancer. FWIW I think it's a damper.

Any 100% confirmations on this being the harmonic balancer/damper?

100% confirmation it's a damper and pulleys. 0% confirmation for what application. Does it have part numbers?

Thanks.

Didn't see any part numbers. I assume it's for 77-79 OM617 engines as they're pretty similar across the board for those years
