I posted 2 weeks ago about the rubber seal for my sunroof, I thought the problem was the sunroof sticking to the rubber seal which had become slightly sticky, but under closer inspection, I see that's not the case.
The rubber seal on the rear passenger corner comes forward a bit when the sunroof is not there to push it into its proper place. This is causing the sunroof a hard time when flipping up or opening (because the sunroof has to go down and the rubber comes forward when no pressure on it from the sunroof preventing that corner of the sunroof from going down).
What can I do to keep that rubber seal into its proper place at the corner? I'm wondering if I can take that seal out to perhaps reposition it, or clean it; maybe there's debris on it, preventing it from fitting into the rubber track, rather than replacing the seal. The other thing would be to maybe use some Super Weatherstrip adhesive to hold the seal in its proper place.
