US marines use 300GD's?!?!
I doubt that. Still a great truck, but the marines don't use them

No Capt., in fact the USMC does have some G-wagons. I have seen them shuttling between Pendleton and 29 Palms. Not as refined as the model you'd see on the showroom floor, but every bit a Mercedes, right down to the olive drab 3 point star in the grille.

Wow! That is a nice G-wagen. I wish I had the bucks right now. It would make a nice partner to my 300D. I would save on shipping since I live in Los
Angeles...
