Thumbs up

I have a 603, but that 602 sounds quite similar...and sounds fine to me.

How did that glow plug swap go? I have said it for years, pull the cruise actuator and you can access nearly all of them. Unless the cruise actuator is in a different spot on the 602, then disregard.

LOL. Just play it on loop as you walk around and occasionally speed up as the engine revs. LOL.

The last oil change I did was some Pilot Diesel 15W40. The previous owner gave it to me so I said why not.

I think I am going to change up to something for better starting in the winter.

The glow plug swap? I tried to do cylinder #1. I was able to get a socket down on wire's nut but I couldn't get my hand in there to save the nut from falling into the depths. Its pretty tight in there. The injector lines make a nice jail cell. The only plus that came out of that was I got to replace the seal in my intake crossover pipe thing. I think the intake has to come off to do all 5. I couldn't even see most of them.

Maybe with the cruise actuator off you could get some but I am skeptical on #1/#2.

An extra 1.5 hours on the block heater made a good difference this morning as well.

On my 602 the nut that holds the wire on is captive in the wire and cant be dropped,i hope yours is the same. With 1/4" drive a 10mm universal socket and a 12mm deep socket with a 1/4"drive U-joint i have been able to change all the glow plugs in my 602 and a couple in the 603 without removing anything except the glow plugs. Don
