Would you reuse this output shaft flange?

I have it off and I am debating reuse. What are your thoughts?

I'd grease it and reinstall, but I live on the edge.

Go ahead and reuse it. I had one that looked about the same (got that way because I didn't properly tighten the nut and it came off, shearing off about 3/8" of splines) - ran fine for years.

I'd probably replace with another but then I'm fussy like that.

Though it depends on the condition of the splines on the output shaft too. If they are also worn then you might want to guestimate the play and see if there's some loctite spline snake oil that will fill the gap for you. It might help to hold it all together - though whoever takes it to bits after you might be cursing your "fix"!

I wouldn't mind having a spare on hand. I reckon mine is fine, but if it gives me any signs of trouble I would like to replace it.
