Exhaust connection between manifold and downpipe
What parts does the exhaust connection between the manifold and the downpipe have on a W123 240D? I can't sign up for epc for some reason.

On my non turbo 300D there isn't anything - just the clamps - that hold the first section of the exhaust to the manifold.

Problem is, I live on the correct side of the niagara river. Loonies, toonies and the canadian ballet are on the other side.

Thought I live at the "right" side of the N. river - discrimination.

Do you mean the donut that goes in between? I'm pretty sure the part in this thread turned out to be the correct one (I don't remember having any issues with it): http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/diesel-discussion/290482-isseu-shape-exhaust-header-240d.html ... I can double check in the EPC when I get home.
