Hello everyone- this is my first post on PeachParts. My amazing dad has been a member here for years, soliciting work advice on our MB wagon, and he has done all the major work on it since 2005. However, the car now stays with me up in Austin and I need to find a reliable and affordable mechanic who has worked on vintage diesel MB models. Please advise, thank you. Good link whunter. It seems Ben's has a good reputation but is expensive. Take that into consideration austin_texas_benz. Check out all the other shops on that list...

The closest I can get is San Antonio. I know a really good mechanic who lives in New Braunfels, but works at a shop in SanTone. If you're still interested let me know and I'll get the contact info for his shop.
