Heater blows air at first but when..

Today when I went to start my car in the 16 degree weather. I noticced after I cycled my glow plugs and start the car the heater blower goes off

. It blows on high and low when I am cycling the plugs but the second the car starts the blower cuts off. Does this rule out the possibility of a bad fuse and current?
