oil dry works. professional brand from parts store

go to napa auto parts pick up three fifty pound bags of oil dry pour on to your stains. pour all of it and put some hard soul work shoes on and start grinding it into the concrete don't sweep it up leave it there for several weeks every chance you get when its dry grind it in with your shoe and sweep around. keep doing this it will clean the concrete, ps put a good mat in front of your door to keep it out of your house. good luck.

If at some phase of your post clean up you use acid, just be careful. Use a mask (and gloves) to avoid fumes and try a control section first to see how your concrete reacts and how long you should let it sit before hosing with water. Have the water ready and waiting, just in case.

Point is that in many cases it can remove oil stains but it also etches the concrete and leaves contrasting shadows.
Several short applications are probably better than expecting one heavy duty soaking to "get it over with".
Do your homework and calmly work it out.
