Has anyone dealt with Mercedesworks.com?

Mercedesworks had/has some rebuilt injectors for 300sd with Monark nozzles on their website and listed on Ebay. I bought a set in January from them, have not received them and can get no response from them. I have filed a complaint with Ebay so will eventually get my money back, but I really needed the injectors.
Is this a standard practice for them or just an isolated incident? I was leery of buying since they had 0 feedback as EZEUROPARTS, but they seemed to have a legitimate business as mercedesworks.com.

The good news is with eBay you will at least get your Money back. If you had ordered direct from their website you would need to go through your Credit Card Co.

OK I was looking and did not recognize them until I saw the actual Page with the Injectors. There has been 2 members over on Benzworld and at least one of our Members bought Injectors from them.
They are extremely slow shipping, do not answer eMails and 2 got what the ordered and the one bought New Injectors but recieved rebuilt Injectors but was not charged the rebuilt price.

The Guy that recieved the rebuilt ones instead of the New ones was not charged a core charge and the last time I read His attempts to contact them about returning the Cores were never answered.

This was back about 6 months ago where there was that shortage of Monark Nozzles.

Hey there-
I am not familiar with the company but saw that they are in Canada. I'm assuming you're in the USA, so your experience is likely to be similar to mine a while back when I ordered some stuff from a seller in Canada- very slow. It's not even necessarily their fault, especially with all those wonderful cost cutting measures our govt has put into place. The half dozen guys left working in Customs is going to slow your package down alot, in order to try and track down all those shipments of counterfeit viagra, oxycodone, and coach purses. I would try calling like TnBob suggested and find out if they have shipped them. My order took over 30 days to get to me- which really freaked me out because after 30 days- your credit card, paypal and ebay will tell you you are SOL.

Assuming there is only one Ontario in California they are less than a 1 hour drive from where I live; if the traffic is light.

I wonder where they are getting their Monark Nozzles and Injectors for rebuilding if that other Place; MS is the only place that sells them?

I did get my money back through Ebay and Paypal on this. I never did get a reply from the vendor either by phone or email, don't know what has taken place there.
I ordered a Monark do it yourself kit from **************, it is on a UPS truck somewhere, was shipped the next day after I ordered.
