Seat Adjustment Switch ball bearings source?

So the passenger seat in my 190D would not move forward because it had a stuck switch so I took it apart and noticed that 2 of the ball bearing had been replaced with small metal beads that were smaller than the original bearings, so the PO must have taken apart that switch and lost 2 of the bearings. I cleaned then reassembled the switch and put those beads in different places which caused the up and down movement of the seat bottom not to work because the switch got stuck again. So question is, where would one look to find bearings like that? Or any idea what I could replace them with for the time being? I was not able to measure them before I put them back in as I was rushing to get the job done.
Also on seat related matters, the headrest on the driver's seat is stuck all the way up, but the switch is fine. Is there anyway to manually adjust the headrest once you get the back off of the seat? My brother was working on that while I was working on the switch and he didn't seem to get anywhere with it.

Find another switch or find another switch at a wrecking yard and remove ball bearings - you could also measure one and go the hardward store and match possibly - good luck, been there!
