300D Headlight Issues
Hello everyone!
I have an issue with my 1984 300D. I am refreshing the front of the car with the Euro Depot headlights. All of the lights seem to work except for the passanger side low beam. It is a brand new bulb and the wire connection is solid. My car is a 'grey market' example and is had the federal conversion done to the lights to make them work for the 4 pin conntection, so I have all of the wires in the correct places according to the diagrams that I have found here and other forums. There is a jumper running to the side markers, do I even need that and may that be part of my issue? Thanks for the feedback! _ DC Josh |

Check your fuses. The lights have separate fuses. Spin them in their holder.
You'd be surprised.

The fuse was the issue. I should have looked at that, but I was working too late into the night and I did not think about the fuses.
I really appreciate these forums and the quick responses and information that is on here. Thanks and I intent on making a proper introduction thread in the near future. - DC Josh |
