The simple things like opening my hood.
Anyone with a 240D ever not able to open the hood? Now when I pull the under dash lever my hood won't pop anymore to get the tab out and hood raised.
Is there some other way to do that? ..

Does the hood pop, but when you raise it a little the tab does not stick out?
or Does the hood not pop at all and the hood is still firmly attached? In the first case you can use needle nose pliers to grab and pull the tab. My tab broke off and I had to do that. I put a piece of a coat hanger were the tab was until I got a junkyard tab a couple of weeks later. In the second case I sure hope someone chimes in and lets you know how to do it. I assume you would have to go at it from underneath. I don't envy you! Jim
