Help me diagnose oil leak? OM602

I've got an oil leak on my 92 300D (OM602) that's bad enough that I need to deal with it. 244k miles. Pics were taken before I cleaned it up....I'll wait and see what I see over the next few days. For quite some time I know I've had a minor leak at the stop lever. But it looks like there's a leak in addition to that.

It seems like it's most fresh at the bottom of the IP, where two surfaces come together.

Any ideas? I'll report back once I see some fresh oil.

Thanks.

Now that I think about it, maybe what makes most sense is to replace that stop lever o-ring first. Nice DYI here PeachPartsWiki: Injection Pump Stop Lever Oil Leak Fix

There is a gasket under that plate with the common screws. My 2.2 was leaking from there due to past mechanic using RTV to attempt to seal the leak. I ordered the part from the dealer, replaced the gasket and no leaks.

I think pn. 001 074 01 80, had to come from Germany, cost $10.73, but stopped the leak. #382 in the diagram for my 4 banger.

Corrected a mistake...that place where I may see fresh oil is the bottom of the IP.

I replaced the stop lever o-ring....now I'll wait to see fresh drips.
