Brake problem……Need Advice

I have a 300CDT and having some problems with my brakes. When I pump the brake pedal it will build up and when I press on it hard…it will slowly go down. I replaced the MC approx a year ago. I also just recently have replaced all the rotors, pads and flex lines and a new vacuum pump. I have no fluid leaks anyplace and I pressured bled the system. Now could the MC be bad or is it a bad brake booster? Next problem since replacing the pads I get a squeal when applying the brakes, only at slow speed like stopping at a stoplight. I have chamfered all edges and have reapplied grease to the backs and edges. The squeal is only on the right side and I think it’s the right rear.
