240D Alternator Bolt Size/ part #?

1981 240D

I gone and lost my alternator mounting bolt.. (don't ask..)
It's not the fancy adjusting one, its the plain old bolt that is nearest the ground, that holds the alternator to the engine and lets it swivel..
anyone know the size/length of that bolt? is it something I can just get at the hardware store?

thanks!!

it's the same as the other two bolts (except of course for the adjuster bolt has that tiny stud off the head...) all three bolts are identical on the large part, thread and length and head size.

I hate to bump a dead thread, but I have the same issue, and I don't want to remove the alternator to find out the bolt size. I've checked all the local junkyards and haven't seen a Mercedes that would suffice for the part. I actually have the w115 instead of the w123 but the bolt size might be the same?
