Central Pennsylvania to Montreal

Tomorrow Ill be heading north in my 300D. To date my longest trips have been about 2.5 hours. I'm excited and a bit tense, but it will be enjoyable to do an 8 hour international drive.

Checked the car over today and put some spare parts & tools in the trunk along w/oil, anti freeze and trans fluid.

Updates and photos to follow. Till then sit by in case something happens

Happy to report that the old girl performed like a dream on the drive to Montreal. Ran great on the highway, rain & shine - not a single problem and honestly an enjoyable drive.

Glad I brought her and looking forward to the cruize home Friday!

Did you go up through Vermont or on the NY side? I think Vermont is a little more fun but its nice territory either way.

When I go via Boston Vermont is my choice This time I took the NY side of Lake Champlain. Often I'll cross at the Thousand Islands - talk about a beautiful area, wow!

Did you see anything older than a w210 on the Canadian side?

You might see the odd w201, but I think you'll be alone in the w124 category....
