Heet fuel dryer alternative?

Wondering if plain isopropyl alcohol or some other type would work as well as heet for removing small amounts of water in WVO. Those tiny bottles of heet get expensive. What percentage concentration of alcohol would be the minimum that would be effective. The cheap drugstore stuff is usually 70%.
