Where is strip fuse for aux cooling fans located? 1995 E300D

Hunting for the 30A strip fuse for the aux cooling fans on 95 E300D. Anyone know?

I see a 16A fuse (Fuse D) in the fuse box that's designated auxiliary fan....but I'm told there may be another.

The early W124's with single electric fan used the 16A fuse in the fuse box.

The 1992-1993 W124 with M119 has a 30A strip fuse with a single, double-size, unfused relay. The 1994-1995 W124 with M119 has two separate, normal-size, fused relays.

I'm not sure what the 1990-1995 W124's with non-M119 engines use. The dual fans pull 25A at 13v (per the FSM) so the 16A fuse is definitely not adequate for the twin fans on high speed.

The green relay (30A fuse, high speed) and the blue relay (15A fuse, recommend change to 20A, low speed) live in the fuse/relay box. Given the colors, hard to miss.

It is also possible that very early E300s may have used the older version with the single 16A fuse but I think that was for a single fan only.

Yes - the 16A fuse was for the single fan only.
