OM602 Coolant Leak - How to fix?

Been chasing a very small coolant for months. Tonight I found the source, it seems to be leaking between the block and head. The below photos show a distance shot to identify the leak area - look below the vacuum Y hose. There is also a close up of the leak. Admittedly I've never had the head off this car - but looking around I don't see any head bolts in this area that can be checked for tightness. The service manual makes it appear that the spin-on fuel filter bracket bolts (M8) and a bolt inside the timing chain area (M8) are head bolts. Am I on the right track?
