need to replace power window switch

i need to replace the switch for the rear driver side window, if anyone can direct me on how to do this or to a link that explains it!!!

The switch just pops out....simply use a screw driver to help lift it out....be careful pulling it out, that the plug doesn't come off....then you will have to remove the door card to fish the wire through the card...
